We were to go to any restaurant I wanted in NY. So I went to Morimoto. This was our second time, but this time, there was a HUUUGE bonus: the Chef Morimoto himself was in the kitchen! Riiiight there. yes. I took pictures.
I love everything on the menu. they are so creative and GOOD! its not like they are trying too hard to be this fancy crazy restaurant. the food there is SIMPLY WONDERFUL.
my appetizer: Oyster with Fois Gras, Uni, and their Teriyaki sauce.
all of these condiments compliments the tuna in so many different AND wonderful ways... so amazing.
